For six years, in the Montsec of Aragon, near Estaña ponds, the saffron has been cultivated according to a very special philosophy. Indeed, the most important aspect of this production is its quality. Therefore, we do not use any fertilizer or pesticide so that we can garantee a spice 100 % natural. The harvest is done by-hand as well as the drying. The goal is not the size of our production, but its excellence, which can qualify our saffron of first class.
